You’ve probably heard “take the stairs instead of the elevator” a gazillion times. But what if instead of it just being a healthier way to get around, you used the stairs as a strengthening and toning tool?
In today’s video, I share three lower body exercises you can perform using a stair. Since moving up stairs causes you to work harder against gravity, you’ll build strength and power in your lower body while elevating your heart rate. After performing any, or all three, of these exercises, you will have challenged your muscles and you will have added a free and effective mini workout to your exercise routine!
