Today we are hanging out at my house! I’m sharing a short video with one of my all-time favorite exercises that helps tone and strengthen the glutes and abs. It’s called the bridge. You may be familiar with “bridging”, however, I add a little twist to it in the video.
This exercise can be used at home, at the gym, or even when traveling. And, it’s something you can do every day. As a matter fact, it’s part of my daily routine.
