Three Moves To Help You Tone and Strengthen Your Lower Body by Jennifer Ledford

You don’t have to go to the gym or spend a ton of time working out to tone and strengthen your lower body.  In the short video below I demonstrate three lower body exercises that you can do pretty much anywhere and they’ll take you less than ten minutes to perform.  You can even do these during a break  at work if you want to.

Take a moment to watch the video and if you have any questions for me you can post them on my Facebook page or in the comment section of my website.

Here’s to a fit and fantastic week!

Tone And Strengthen Your Lower Body

Three Upper Body Exercises To Strengthen And Tone

Three Upper Body Exercises To Strengthen And Tone

Need a quick workout to strengthen and tone your back and arms?  I’ve got you covered.

In the video below I demonstrate three upper body exercises you can perform almost anywhere.  All you need is a set of free weights.  If you don’t have any weights just yet, you can start by performing the exercises without weights or use a pair of sixteen ounce unopened water bottles.

Free weights can be ordered from companies like Amazon and Power Systems or you can find them them at your local sporting goods stores.

If you like to be frugal and/or don’t like seeing usable stuff go into landfill, online community bulletin boards like Nextdoor and Freecycle are great places to find free fitness equipment.

Enjoy the video and have a fun and fit week!

Upper Body Exercise TO STRENGTHEN AND TONE

Three Different Bridges To Strengthen Your Core

Three Bridges To Strengthen Your Core

One of the most popular exercises to help build a strong core is the “Bridge.”  It’s shared by trainers and physical therapists often because most people can safely perform bridges and the exercise doesn’t require any equipment.  That’s a winning combination when it comes to weaving exercise into your daily life.

Today’s video features three different bridge exercises.  If you’ve been doing bridges for a while and they are getting easy for you, this “series” can help you take your core routine to the next level.  If you’re just getting started you can begin with the first exercise in the series and then work your way up to the more advanced bridges in the video.

Here’s to a strong core and being able to do the things you love to do!
